Work Packages

You can find in this section the explanation and the description of the four Work Packages of the project, to which all partners contribute.

Duration: M1-M24, January 2024 – January 2026

Aim:

Ensure the overall coordination and management of the project, for a smooth, efficient and timely execution of all activities and reporting actions. The partnership will establish a regular communication as well as effective operating procedures. This WP will also ensure that GDPR and gender equality will be addressed and implemented in all relevant activities. In addition, this WP aims at coordinating the Advisory Board contribution to the project.

• Overal coordination and project management
• Technical and financial reporting and administration
• Coordination of the Advisory Board

Duration: M1-M8, January 2024 – August 2024

Aim:

Setting up the global existing context of transatlantic cooperation, this WP will allow to define the state-of-the-art of the technical or institutional agreements existing between European regions and stakeholders and non-EU Atlantic regions or states.

Expected output:

• Analysis of the current state-of-play of transatlantic cooperation at sub-national level
• Regular contact with EU delegations based abroad and key Atlantic stakeholders

Duration: M1-M19, January 2024 – July 2025

Aim:

Building upon existing knowledge, this WP will lead to concrete exchanges between transatlantic stakeholders on blue economy and adaptation to climate change, through several webinars, workshops and onsite visits, to share best practices and knowledge and use it to create new cooperations.

Expected output:

• Organisation of three online workshops on transatlantic good practices
• Host two on-site visits
• Organise capacity building workshops

Duration: M1-M24, January 2024 – January 2026

Aim:

Through this WP, the consortium will ensure that all the activities of the project are notified to the general public, through social media, the website and various email communications. In addition, it will allow stakeholders from several regions in the Atlantic to connect through the Matchmaking Platform, a tool used to allow the development of transatlantic cooperations between interested stakeholders.

Expected output:

• Catalogue of best practices
• Matchmaking Platform tool
• Overal communication on social media and through newsletters
• Sustainability strategy
• Final event to display the global results of the project
